If you click the laggy download button, click Ctrl W and the button should then not be laggy. lick the download button and then do what it usually takes to get it into the game.

Do I need map DLC like New Mexico DLC? I have not played ATS in a long time since I had to save space on my computer.
For this one you do need dlc but he made one that is compatible with people who dont have the dlc just search it in the search bar
