Why would you want to upgrade just to see 1 new town in Canada and not see the cool background map V2.3?? That’s probably why it’s crashing, cause the author probably forgot to do something, delete or add too, who knows, not going to waste time, like where I’m at running V2.3 right now
The mod shows in the simulator as version 2.4.1. Not 2.4.2. The game crashes every time you try to load it. This is the order it goes in as long as viva Mexico is the right version which should be 2.4.2.
