Game crashes everytime also with no other mods installed and starting a new profile

apparently this is the non expansion version. it CTD everytime.
Had a minor glitch with one of my Profiles just wanted to crash but seemed fine on the other five profilers. The one it crashed on was one or my very first profile.
I found a hole I reported the location using F11, do you get those notifications.
Have had no other issues and I like to go all over the place. have peru, hawaii, Mexico, US expansion and another map someone is trying to build those unlinked towns up to east of mexico
