Why does it only go 30 mph at tops????
Check the mod out it might be conflicting with another mod to have or it might be a bad mid or like I got someone added a mod changed it then deleted the mod and I got it and it affected my mod manager
Do yourself a favor and copy where the mods are in mod manager
I forgot to and had around 20 mods to go through II spent 3 hours deactivating all my mods and add 1 and start the game to see if it was ok I had to do this for all 20 mods because I forgot to write the order in mod manager check the version too and if its a mod or skin….I did that before.
Try the download again it might have been a glitch or bad download
