Frosty is a winter weather and graphics mod and is not compatible with other weather, HDR and graphics mods such as RGM, NaturaLux, Project Next-Gen, Filmic Lighting etc.
Frosty should be placed on top in Mod Manager.

Do you know when this mod will be optimized for the latest version 1.39? I really like it and it would be nice if it applied to Colorado too!
