This is a well executed mod for sure. However, I find the propegation level is too high at times. The streets in a small community can fill up to the point where no one is moving. For this reason I have stopped using the mod. So, my suggestion is to dial the levels down just a bit. I DO like the ratio of trucks/cars etc. Thanks, Piva!
