bro, rename the .rar file to .scs that is it and put it in mod file…..bla bla

Just rename the file extension from *.zip to *.scs
Just put the zip file into your mods folder, it will read it ok. Or you can change (rename) the file from a .zip to .scs. Either way wont matter.
